Ojāra Vācieša dzejas siena

In the fall of 2019, a poetry wall by Ojārs Vācietis was built in Kandava for the 100th anniversary of Latvia. The poetry created for Latvia is depicted in the poet's own handwriting.

The facade was made thanks to a benefactor who cares about Latvia, the belonging and identity of his country and city. The project was implemented by the Kandava county council, arranging and painting the facade with lines of Latvian poetry.
